Conference registration fee includes:
- Conference bag and conference material
- Scholars name tag
- Access to all technical sessions
- Oral or poster presentation
- Certificate of presentation
- High tea coffee breaks and lunch on conference days
- Publication of abstracts in conference proceedings
There is no registartion fee for PhD students of Université de Strasbourg and L’université de Haute-Alsace (registration fee waived only for speakers of these two universities being as conference partners). However, for accompanying person and conference dinner, they will have to pay for it.

All the prices given in column 2 to 4 are in Euros.
Registration fee policies
- Registration fee will be charged according to the deadlines mentioned in the table of registration fee.
- Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment according to the deadlines indicated in above given table.
- One regular registration gets only one proceeding.
- Travel and accommodation to attend the conference is not included in the conference registration fee. It will be at the attendee’s expense.
- Student rate for registration will be applied only on those persons who are currently enrolled in university or any other research institute and are the first author. It is mandatory to attach the copy of student' registration or ID card when to register for payment.
- The conference registration fee is fully refunded except bank charges if the event is canceled by the organizer and participants are notified in advance atleast 2 months before the conference date.
- The authors can withdraw their submission and claim the refund of the paid registration fee before 10 May 2019 (if they already had paid). In this case, the bank charges will be deducted from the total paid amount by the author. The refund will be done after 15 days of the event.
- Due to booking of conference halls, restaurants, purchase of conference materials, published materials and other services for the registered participants, after 10 May 2019 the paid registration fee will not be refunded.
