06 April 2019: The organizing committee has sent the notification emails to all those who submitted their abstracts before 25 March 2019. If anyone of you has not received the notification by email, so please check the junk folder of your email or contact us.

10 April 2019: Notifications about decision of travel grant are sent to all applicants through email. If any applicant has not recieved email for this purpose, so please contact us.

26 April 2019: The date for payment of Early bird registration is extended up to Monday 06 May 2019.

28 April 2019: The organizing committee has sent the notification emails to all those who submitted their abstracts after 25 March 2019. If anyone of you has not received the notification by email, so please check the junk folder of your email or contact us.

16 May 2019: The date for payment of Early bird registration is extended up to Monday 31 May 2019.

24 May 2019: The preliminary programme of the conference is uploaded on conference website at https://eictus-2019.sciencesconf.org/resource/page/id/22.

11 June 2019: Asked the participants to submit the power point presentation up to 18 June 2019.

Extended abstracts: Last date to submit the extended abstract for publication in journal is 30 October 2019.

 The important dates of the conference are given below:

Acceptance letter for international participants for visa process (if needed)

To facilitate the international participants who will need Visa to attend the conference and will need to secure funding from their concerned institutes, funding organizations or higher education departments, whichever will be the case, acceptance letters will be issued within one week after the submission of the abstract by mentioning if their abstract is accepted for poster or oral presentation. The issuance of acceptance letter in this case will only be sent on request of the principal author.

In all other cases, the notification of decision will be issued on 06.04.2019. The decision letters will be sent through email only to principal authors.

There is no guarantee of acceptance of all the abstracts as all the abstract will go through a review process by the scientific committee and its decision will be considered as final.
